- Must be filled out to add a player to your
roster after the online roster has been submitted.
- The form can be used for up to 6 players a
time.
- You can add players as long as your total
roster remains at 18 or under.
- If your roster is at 18, you must
first release or transfer a player before you
can add one. The proceesing time for the add does not begin until
this is done.
- If a player you wish to add to your roster
has been previously rostered by another team during the 2004/2005
registration year, do not use an add form. You must use a transfer
form, Form 1610
- Allow 14 days to process.
